**Position Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Fully Licensed Therapist or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy, with supervision from an AAMFT approved supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide trauma-sensitive therapy to individuals and families.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for diversifying and growing the practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Maintain an average of 20 client sessions per week.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
**Qualifications**:
- Fully licensed therapist or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah.
- Experience in trauma-informed care and a strong interest in holistic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
**What We Offer**:
- Flexible schedule with some night and/or weekend hours required.
- Supervision by an AAMFT supervisor for associates at no cost to you.

- Admin support provided for scheduling, billing, etc.
