Job Opening: Play Therapist Position in Private Practice (Specializing in Youth & Children)

Are you an experienced and passionate therapist who loves working with youth and children? We are seeking a self-starter therapist who provides exceptional care to young clients while building and maintaining their own client base in a supportive private practice environment.

About the Position

Our private practice focuses on each family member. We strive to empower therapists to provide high-quality, personalized care without the constraints of insurance panels. As a cash-pay-only practice, we prioritize the freedom to offer the care we choose, tailored to the unique needs of our families and clients.

The practice offers:

• A dedicated office building with a warm and welcoming reception area.
• A dedicated play therapy and family room, designed specifically for working with children and families.
• Group Therapy Opportunities
• Access to neurofeedback treatments to support advanced therapeutic interventions and augment treatments for autism, ADHD, seizures and more.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or equivalent degree.
• Experience and passion for working with youth and children in a therapeutic setting.
• Proven ability to generate and sustain a client base independently.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field preferred.
• 2 Current letters of recommendation from previous employers/co-workers
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ethical practice.
• Commitment to marketing self to sustain a private cash-pay model.
